My name is Robin[She/Her Pronouns] and as the title of this post says already, I'm looking for a one-on-one grounded game. Any genre will do and odds are I'd be interested in whatever pitch you have for me. But here are a few genres I've been interested in as of late:

- A Japanese Shogunate Drama
- Anything Medieval
- Victorian
- Western
- Yog-Sothothery/Cthulhu-Mythos [Despite this not being grounded, it's still one of my favourite genres.]
- Intrigue
- Drama
- Slice of Life
- Modern-ish [60s-70s America]
- Many more!

So... yeah. I'm interested in a lot. I used to RP consistently for a year or so before I took a break. I'm only recently getting back into it. My responses might not be the best, but I'm motivated and interested in the games I participate in. So I try to respond at least once or twice a day. I wanted to close this thread. Thank you to everybody who sent me a message, but I'm going to close this because I've already found a few games and I don't think I'd be able to handle more.

Interested in the meaning of “grounded” in this context.

Grounded to me means that the setting and content is realistic or historically accurate. Ideally, there would be very little to no magical elements present in the world or story.
