IN-GAME THREAD: DOWN THE STAIRS
Reed looked concerned when Zedrax the kobold showed them the purple lesions on the hand of Snorri the dwarf. However, one thing he knew from his training was that oftentimes, when dealing with poisonous plants and other types of flora, that oftentimes their environment also offered some sort of antidote. And him mentioning ironroot helped. But he wondered if he could forage for some down here, and make some sort of poultice to help treat or even cure the fungal infection?
"Hmmm...I may be able to find some ironroot or something of equivalent usefulness, if I can just get my bearing and look for the right signs. If I find it, I should be abnle to make an herbal poultice! Normally, poisonous environments actually hide some beneficial things with it, of one knows where to look. You know, without succumbing to the poisonous part first of course." Reed said.
22:58, Today: Reed Silverfeather rolled 12 using 4d6 with rolls of 2,4,5,1. fellowship, attribute, lore, equipment.
Fellowship (asking the party, Stardust, and their new kobold and dwarf allies about ironroot or for insights), Lore (Nature), Attribute (Ranger), Equipment (Survival Kit). This roll is either to harvest ironroot now if there's some in the narrative vicinity, or to get a lead on tracking some down.
He gets a success/hit!
