Go to the FAQs link at the upper right. Click "FAQs for New Users". Click "Creating a Game".
Our FAQ and Help files are pretty extensive, though it might take a little patience to get through them.

This might be better to ask in the Beginners Thread, but if you click on "Start Your own Game" in the upper left hand corner of the Main Screen, it should have more info for you.
Though we'll help with any questions you have.
