Scion? Bueller?
So, I've got all the first edition stuff (waiting for 2e to roll out), and have only ever had a game at home go for a handful of sessions before life happened, and they've all ground to a halt. For those that don't know, Scion has you playing the half-divine kid of a God (many options are available, Japanese deities rub shoulders with Greek, and Norse glare at South American). Since everyone has agreed to not mess with the mortals directly, they have their kids do it for them (yay loopholes). Time to save the world from the Titans.
I've always loved the concept behind the game, and would love to get some time in universe, stopping thugs, and beating up titanspawn, maybe throwing them into the sun at higher levels. I mean, c'mon, the world has "amazing shenanigans potential" written all over it!
I guess what I'm looking for, is a Scion game. Not super worried about the scope (Hero, Demigod, or God, though I like the idea of starting from the low end and working up). Stock, by the book world, or something house-ruled a little to help the balance. Different time lines? Ran one in 1000 AD, and worked pretty well still (just without guns, and different armors). Anyone down to run? Anyone else wanting to play in this particular sandbox?
