A Godly Sort of Game

I've got the itch to play a game with high player agency. The sorts where players are given to throw their weight around, make meaningful choices and change the world.

Possible game systems:
-Godbound
-Theogenesis (An RPOL homebrew system that a few freeform games have used)

Basically, a game where the players aren't bowing and scraping to quest givers, but can be proactive and put their own stamp on the world. (Bonus points if the GM optimizes the game for play-by-post format, meaning we cut down on too much dice rolling for the sake of expediency and a brisk pace)

I'd be relatively interested in Exalted 3e.

In reply to rayisaboy (msg # 2):

I'm currently running a Cortex Plus hack in a player-created Exalted/Numenera blend setting. Lots of potentially OP item combinations, and I'm keeping the game open to as many players as possible for a massive West-Marches-esque sandbox.

I'd be willing to play in a Godbound game.

I've tried that before, and have the rules Lite version of that.
