I hope there's other players out there that would join me. Most of the games I play in don't even keep track of ammunition, let alone food and water. I'd like a game that plans to go on for a while that is more gritty, to the point that a Druid's good berry feeding for 24hrs can come into use. If you're looking to GM that sort of game you have me ready to play.

What you need is Giffyglyph's "Darker Dungeons" mod. It's a set of house rules that make the game grittier and more dangerous. It has rules for tracking hunger, thirst, and fatigue; item damage and stress.

It changes ammo tracking by using a die-roll -- you start with a d12, and roll with every shot. On a 1 or 2, the die shrinks a step (d10, d8, etc.). When you're down to a d4 and roll 1-2, it goes down to 1 -- meaning your next shot is your last. It averages about 20 uses before running out, which means you can track your ammo without actually tracking each individual shot.
