Chapter 2.8: Post-Chunin Exams

This thread is specially for all members who either lost the exams, lost their match, watching the remaining matches, or gathering up with their squads.

Feel free to begin posting to just get the feel of things again.

Attention Jonin:
Some veteran players remain, however several squads did almost get a whole new squad.

Try to get acquainted.

Players that were moved from the game, their characters are presumed dead for the fact that the Chunin Exams are going on, so if a certain squad member is missing and was replaced, assume they died to keep the story going and to explain the new replacement.

Chapter 2.8: Post-Chunin Exams

He had been disappointed that he lost, believing he failed his sensei in more ways than one. He had really believed he was going to at least put up a fight, but his opponent was truly a tremendous threat and over-powered.

He was even more depressed about the situation when a taijutsu girl had beaten his opponent. She put up more of a fight than he did. He was failure as a team captain and he knew he did not deserve that ranking of Chunin. He still had a lot to learn and that is what exactly he was going to do once these exams were over.

He wanted his sensei to be more hard on him and be more stricter. With that, he knew he would learn. Kai knew his weaknesses and knew his strengths. He seemed to be better as smarts than strength. Perhaps Kazoro would lead the squad better, not Kai.

He watched the now death match behold.

It was between a member from the land of fire and the land of water.

The male had a unique kekkei genkai, one he had only heard of due to rumors. How was it possible to possess such a kekkei when all descendants had been extinct.

It was clearly one sided, but this crazed, blood-driver girl had the motivation to continue after getting sliced, stabbed, and obviously defeated. She agreed to a death match.

He had never seen a death match before. They were rare and sometimes forbidden, but apparently Kumogakure enjoys a good fight every now and then.

"I cannot believe this is still going on. doesn't this girl realize she is going to get herself killed. Does she not value life like we all do? Or is this pride?" he said aloud, anybody from the stands could chime in to strike up the conversation at this point.
