Largely unusable for me right now. I have to very very carefully maneuver my mouse to the right and up to even get it on the list of names without the list disappearing and I can't use the scroll arrows because the list will disapear again. Looks like an HTML editing error that doesn't properly aligns popup windows.

What browser and OS are you using?

Windows, Chrome.
I had the problem before, then for a while it was properly aligned. I think with a recent site update the issue may have returned.

I investigated this on a game I don't run, and I found that I didn't have complete functionality, so I checked with one I do run. I'm not having the problem on W7 with Chrome. You may need to go into Hardware and Sound (or whatever yours is if you're not running W7) and adjust your mouse sensitivity down. Sorry if you've already tried that. I was having a similar problem when I was stuck on a tablet. I don't know if it ever got resolved, because I no longer require my tablet.

Would that be Windows 10, and are you using a touch screen?

No website changes this end!  When the secret/private list gets huge it changes to a CSS list, which I know can be a bit fiddly, but I haven't touched that for... hmm, years.  I'd guess it's a Chrome update that's changed the way the list is displayed but hard to know.  I'll check it out when I get the chance.

I use a penmouse and windows 7 Ultimate.

If I use a standard mouse it's the same issue but at least I can scroll with the mousewheel to get to the right name. Still a bit of a hassle.

I've check Chrome version 56.0.2924.87 and it doesn't exhibit the same issue.  The hover menu is fiddly in so far that if you hover off it it'll instantly close, but that's a known nuance of hover menus.

Could be an extension, zoom (though I have no issues when zoomed) or font override.  Could be anything, but unfortunately I think it's something on your end.

Suggestion:  when using Firefox, try doing a Ctrl_PlusSign (which zoom the page a bit).  That may make the PM menu a bit more manageable.  Repeated  Ctrl_PlusSign keystrokes will zoom in more, and Ctrl_MinusSign will zoom out if you overdo it.

This may provide a crude work-around until you can figure out what's going on.
