Welcome to the Beachy Keen Apartment complex located in Santa Monica, California. This nice but still very affordable apartment complex caters mostly to university students but does get the occasional non student every so often. Though this place lacks a bit of the glitz and glamour that some of the other more expensive and bigger apartment complexes have, I assure it is not lacking in anything else. We have all the proper amenities including a good sized laundry room, a good sized pool, a Jacuzzi, a community garden and a decently sized gym for your workout needs. So if you're looking for a place to stay or live that both nice and affordable then look no further.

That is a nice add for an appartment complex, but what is the game about - some kind of background or character designs would be nice to know as well. (Santa Monica makes me think of Vampires cause that is the background town from the Lost Boys. Santa Monica is where the movie was shot, just to clarify.)
Your listing is Anime, but there are a wide variety of Anime's that have the Apartment as part of the background/story. So a little more information on what your looking for in characters or story here would help bring in more interest.
