We have a couple of orphaned characters for anyone looking for an AD&D 1st edition game.

Top of the list is a Cleric character that needs a new player and there is also a Magic-User who has become orphaned. Everyone in the party is still 1st level so plenty of scope to put your stamp on either of these charcaters.

Just curious if:
(1) you are still recruiting;
(2) how active is the game/ how long does it take for a turn (i.e., for every party member to reply and move the game along) now, 5 months into the game; and
(3) are new players required to take over the thief or fighter, vs. rolling their own character.

The fighter has been adopted and the thief was just badly wounded in battle, so out of action for the next week of game time and the party have just found the dungeon. I will run another add for new players when the party get back to Greyhawk and new characters can be introduced.

We have two orphans available for adoption, a Monk and an M-U for players who have just dropped out. Or if you are quick (as in can send an RTJ and roll up a character in the next day or two), there is an option for new player characters.

I am an old rping grognard from way back. I cut my teeth on 2nd edition. How I missed your original advert, I have no idea.
