[D616] Morituri inspired game

This is a Marvel Multiverse game based, more or less, around the old "Strike Force: Morituri" series. It will use the D616 system, but will have some limits to character options.

First and foremost, the characters are military volunteers undergoing an experimental process to gain super powers. As such, that limits Origin to Weird Science, and primary occupation to Military. This places some limits on character creation, such as no magic.
