Mutants and masterminds 3e ideas

So I have a few ideas for games using mutants and masterminds 3e and I wanted to get some feedback on them to see which I should run.

1. A team of battle suit heroes. The group would begin as part of a government black op to create the suits until an attack on their facility causes the players to get the suits instead of the soldiers they are meant to go to. Being the only survivors of the project no one knows about them. I figure five players each suit is different one can be a middle of the road leadership model, a stealth based sniper suit, a Close quarters powerful suit, a medic/tech suit and an air combat model. I figure that while most people think iron man some suits could be more like Batman beyond's super suit.

2. The village hidden in the oasis. Set in the time after naruto become Hokage the leaf and the sand villages sponsor a small ninja outpost on the boarder of the fire and wind nations. The outpost always has two jounin teachers one from each village and their three man teams along with a few chunin and jounin to perform advanced missions. Six players three from the leaf three from the sand. They could be the children of famous ninja from the series. Though some parents will be off limits (naruto, sakura, etc..) if your character uses lots of jutsu then they could have an array of powers.

3. Super powered fantasy setting. A d&d style setting where the heroes are chosen by the gods or something that gives them powers. I haven't hammered out all the details yet, but elves, dwarves, orcs and a couple of awesome heroes with super powers.

4. A cosmic scale adventure drawing heavily on the cosmic hand book and other resources to do a supers campaign that spans a galaxy.

What do you guys think? Also any input to the ideas are welcome.

I personally like 3 you even have a resource in Warriors and Warlocks if you want to do more Conan-esque adventures Freedom City has a fantasy variant too.

#1 sounds more like Big Bad Beetleborgs in PL and with a dash of the Power Extreme cartoon from the 80's and 1990's

One possible variation for #3: historical supers.  One campaign setting I really enjoyed in an RPoL game some years back involved folks in a medieval setting with superpowers, where they needed to not only stop the super villains, but do so with enough subtlety to avoid attracting unwanted attention from the Inquisition...  :o

The first one feels like a good one-shot material. I imagine we found out who done it, then take them down. Mainly because I don't know more about the world. Feels very G.I. Joe.

Interest but why? The bond between the Leaf and Sand village is already really strong. You should throw in some of the other villages to really add some color and variety. Like Republic City from Legend of Korra.

I've wanted this for so long and it's probably my topic pick! I've always wanted to powerbomb a dragon or something equally as big.

The second choice right here always loved the scale of galactic campaigns.

I like all the ideas to some degree, although I think #1 and #4 could wind up kind of limited - one by "power suit only powers" and the other by "cosmic level only powers," although that second one is probably less of an issue. #2 and #3 sound like fun, although I don't know much about the world of Naruto for #2, if that would be a requirement to play in it.

I'd give any of these a look in any case.

Mutants and masterminds 3e ideas

I played on a Naruto-themed M&M game, albeit 2e, and in-person, and the system really seemed to work for it.

I definitely like the strong themes of #1 and #2.  Being loose with a permissive system like M&M can be great but can also lead to characters going crazybananas.  That can be great, but it's more difficult to keep everyone reeled in and pointed in the same thematic direction!  Truly powerful characters in a traditional western fantasy setting is a rare angle that I'm interested to see.  (Not D&D powerful, where they stomp on carefully engineered combat, but M&M powerful, where they can lift castles, fly at will, and shed darkkness on entire kingdoms.)

So call me interested.

So far it looks like #3 super power fantasy campaign. I am leaning towards having the world built with player help. If one player wants to be an elven samurai and another a Viking marauder with ice powers we can create their homelands. A dwarven hero could be a magical power armor hero,

#2 As for why just the sand and leaf I only like about 6 characters in a game. I originally was going to just use sand ninja since it is less fleshed out and allows for characters creating their own clans and blood lines. You don't need massive knowledge of the story to play.

I really like the idea of the fantasy supers. So much fun and interesting character concepts and areas to explore.

I'd be interested in #3 and #4, though that one doesn't seem as popular. For #4, were you thinking of something like Adam Strange and Adam Warlock?

Alright so I've began working on the fantasy game. I have it up here link to another game. I will be working on the world over the day.

Any preference for the games rating? I am thinking adult or mature since some of the enemies will be fairly horrible.
