I'm rewatching the Netflix version of He-Man (the new one, not the continuation); and I'm remembering that once upon a time I had an idea for a game.  It boiled down to dropping Castle Greyskull and Snake Mountain (with their residents) onto Eternia (where She-Ra and the Princesses are) and seeing what happened.    I'm honestly not sure about how much interest there might be in such an idea...but I'll toss it out and see if anything nibbles.

I too watched He Man. It was surprisingly good. I'd be interested in trying, although me 'She Ra lore' is not very good

It would take, among other things; someone who's really good at playing bad, as Keldor (i.e. Skeletor) becomes rather important.    And while you've in theory got two factions that should be allies, it's also possible for things to go sideways there as well; given the Princesses historical inability to work as a team.
