Hi all,
I've got my hands on copy of Black Crusade, and I'm wondering if there is any interest for it here?

No plans or any kind of specifics for it yet, just thought it would be worth checking the level of interest before even getting that far!

Plus, I'll have to wait two weeks to get 'adult' authentication here anyway! So this wouldn't be a game to start immediately.

If you end up playing in the chaos space marine version of Black Crusade I could be interested in playing.

When you have time to work on it; marine/human? basic/advanced archetypes? small/large scale? sandbox/campaign?

From my skimming before I start my 'proper' read through:

Human (unless I figure a way to have CSM concentrate more on politics etc that out and out combat).

Possibly limited to one/two Chaos Powers.

Sandbox, in an area of space.

It would most probably start 'small scale', but lead up to the possibility of whole planetary invasions etc.

And the archetypes?

Going to retract that Q under the assumption you only have the core book.

I'm also interested, but I'd suggest not limiting the choice of Chaos Gods, as part of the fun of the game is the interactions between people of different views, all coming together and mildly backstabbing everyone else because they don't have the power to strike out alone.

Interest isn't something you'll lack, a lot of people want to try playing Black Crusade.  The real question is if you'll overcome the game's terrible curse.

I think I've not seen a single Black Crusade game actually get more than a bare handful of posts, it's actually impressive how inconsistent it is.

I have always found Black Crusade to be the most interesting (and least constricting) of the WH roleplaying systems.

I wonder why it is Black Crusade seems to struggle.
