I request the attention, input, and advice of my many fellow RPoL comrades!
I had a thought of running a game. So, give me your thoughts, good or ill. ^_^

System: 2d20 Star Trek Adventures
Genre: Action/Adventure, Drama, and Sci-Fi
Concept: "To boldly go into the unknown and find some hope amidst the stars."
Rating: Mature
Description
Captain's Personal Log, stardate 52861.64. Today I meet some of my officers at the Ice & Fire Seaside Grill for lunch. Every great captain I ever served under were the sort that got to know their crew, I have very little time to do that before the beginning of my first mission. After lunch, we'll grab a shuttle from Starfleet Command just across the bridge, and head on up to the ship currently orbiting Jupiter."
Players will take on the roles of Starfleet officers exploring uncharted stars, seeking new technologies, and possible allies in an era of war and uncertainty. To boldly go into the unknown and find some hope amidst the stars aboard the USS
Sapienta. From Captain, Executive Officer, Chief Engineer, and onward, many and any role aboard ship will be available. In absence or lull of posting, secondary character (NPC) crew will still be there to keep the ship flying.
Having a copy of the core book is ideal but not a requirement, as I will be willing to guide non-book players through play as we go (from char gen onward.)
