Star wars Guided sand box

Any interest in a star wars guided sand box game? Guided meaning the group is given a story seed and the game evolves from there.

The game will either be ran in star wars D20 Revised core, gurps or free form.

Why RCR and not Saga edition? It's a vastly superior d20 system.

Because I do not have the books for Saga. I only have the books for Revised core.

And that is just like your opinion man...

I'm totes up for some GURPS Star Wars...  what genre treatment are you thinking of (or do you have your own set-up)?

True, it is my opinion as preference is subjective. It's a fairly common opinion though. I know RCR isn't a bad system (except for force users who are completely and utterly screwed if they want to do anything other than the force). It's just a clunky one by comparison.

If it's freeform I'm definitely interested. RCR I'm 50/50 on. No interest in Gurps. Every time I've played it the system felt completely counter-intuitive to me.

I would be willing to do free form But there will be constraints on what can be done. To many times I see in free form people want to make star wars fit them instead of them fitting into star wars. And I am only going to want people who can make characters that really fit into star wars.

And with Free form we are able to really produce cinematic and epic things which is more like what I enjoy in story telling. As in I am more interested in someone writing out a scenario where they do things Akin to the Star Wars old republic MMO cinematics rather then a rules heavy dice rolling.

I want to see troopers tackle sith and blow flash bangs in their face or JEdi blocking light sabers with force shielded arms, etc.

And if people want to be Jedi/sith or force users ALA star wars galaxies. I am more than willing to let that happen. So long as people are fine with the consequences of said choices.

GURPS could be interesting. Or FF. Not up for a d20 game though.
