IC: FFG Star Wars game on Weik

Reading through Nexus of Power I was particularly struck by a planet in the gazetteer, Weik. Essentially it's a lost colony of early Republic minting, with a ship cast off-course and landing in the furthest reaches of Wild Space. In the centuries after that the true origin of their arrival has been reduced to myths and legends, and the diverse array of species aboard has become essentially a feudal civilization. The Force is akin to witchcraft and sorcery, the few bits of functioning tech have become priceless relics, and even a mundane thing such as travel has become a risky and time-consuming endeavor.

I would love to explore a story set on this planet, with heavier emphasis on the 'fantasy' than the 'space' part. Exactly which story I'm flexible on - relic hunters looking for a score? Defenders of the defenseless? Ambitious folks looking to gain control of a fiefdom? Any would be interesting to see.

My thinking is that it would be a Force and Destiny core game, I am open to other careers but they would need at least reflavoring. (Ace and Technician would not play well in a low-tech setting, I fear.) Are there enough folks interested in an approach like this, to be worth making up a game?

I don't know the first thing about the rules, but the setting sounds fascinating. With help, I would love to play.

Sounds interesting. Would PCs be natives, or newcomers to the planet?

My idea was for natives - if the PC's primary goal is to get back off the planet, then it's just a crashed starship adventure. I'd rather spend some time on looking at the world/ cultures that are on it.
