Within this vibrant universe, several groups beckon for exploration. The enigmatic 'guild' of vigilantes, connected through the clandestine networks of the darknet, unite to combat crime. Enter S.T.R.I.P.E. (Special Tactical Reserve for Intelligence and Police Enforcement), a government agency comprising superhumans, sworn to defend against superhuman threats. Powertech, Inc., straddles the line between PR firm and hired police force, deploying a legion of superhumans as protectors in exchange for a hefty fee. Cosmos Laboratories, shrouded in mystery, treads the path of scientific advancement, yet whispers of concealed motives linger in the air. And amidst it all, the Metahuman Alliance emerges, a community of metahumans, protective yet occasionally veering into moral ambiguity. Join one of these groups or create your own team! There will be loosely organized room activities and a lot of sandbox play.
We have an optional system for conflict resolution based on the indie RPG The Pool, which has been streamlined and simplified for the purposes of easy use in online play. We call it the Droplet. It allows for some randomization and resolution of conflicts between players if people want to use it. Using dice is entirely optional.
