I'm GMing a General game where the characters are between 13-18.  Both questions are in context to this game.

1.  Cursing/Profanities.  Are they allowed uncensored?  I ask because, as one player pointed out, the game takes place in Ireland.
2.  'Graphic sexual acts' refers to actually typing out actions.  Is a 'Fade-to-black' scene ending appropriate?  I'm thinking along the lines of Degrassi.

For a General rated game...

1. No.  No matter where the game is set, cursing and profanity (even as a small part of the game) requires at least a Mature rating.
   
   
2. Fading to black is permitted in a General game.
