I sent a message via a "click here to request to join" /message.cgi?gi=nnn link, but haven't received a response. Is there a way to see a list of messages I've sent, to see if it went thru? I don't want to hassle the GM with an rMail in case they just didn't like my request.

Go to the game’s Private Messages - in the block of links at the top right.

Though it's worth noting that just because a message was sent, it doesn't mean that anybody has read it yet.
