Multiple Columns under one Heading/Column
For the Easy Tables / Grids, is this possible? That bit doesn't seem to be shown in the Advanced Tables example.

Beside the left | of the header, you want to put a number and an !. So if you wanted a header to cover three columns, it would look like |3!.
