Sebastian stands a few inches shy of six feet in height, with an unassuming build, and looks that are not repugnant but neither are they what could be called 'good looking'. His keeps his head shaved completely bald, no facial hair either. His eyes are a piercing blue color, expressive and watchful. He looks to be middle-aged if one had to guess.

He wears clothing in muted colors but with the trappings of a sanctioned psyker on him, the open eye symbol. He has a crystal amulet on as well as a engraved silver choker around his neck. He wears extremely well-made and well-decorated enforcer light carapace armour. A fairly plan laspistol sits holstered on one hip, but a very well-crafted staff is always with him, decorated with the open eye and silver trim.
