While clearly a humanoid female of some kind the "Cape" known as shard doesn't wear a cape, nor indeed seem to need to wear a costume of any kind as she is only mildly anatomically correct in a very PG sense.  Her seemingly very natural form isn't one of skin, or even bones, it is a very dense sort of crystalline material that somehow has similar flexibility and silent properties to that of a human, it even flexes slightly under pressure before resisting enough to make bullets ricochet in very odd directions.

Somewhere around five feet tall, and of an athletic but not skinny build, Shard doesn't tend to actually stand on the ground, or other objects, she floats just above it and moves as if she is walking or even mimicking walking.
