Currently, Dr Zero appears to be a man who has been frozen solid. Yet somehow he is able to move. He wears a lab coat, a jumpsuit, goggles, gloves and boots. The clothing also seems so frozen to him its part of his body. His eyes leak a blue white energy, and his voice seems to sound like a hollow wind that badly imitates a method of speech. Even worse, there is a constant cold that radiates off him at all times. So much so ice forms under his feet if he stays still for too long.
