I'm a Seahawks gal. So...

But the Rams were my uncle Rick's team, so I am voting for them based on that. However, it won't break my heart if Brady takes it home again and defies Father Time that much longer. I don't hate them like so many people I know. At some point, you just have to step back and tip your proverbial hat to greatness.

I don't know enough to have an opinion, but if people care about it then I won't discourage that and if they want to talk to me about it, I'll try to listen.

big football fan... I'm a Jets  Fan..been that way since  sept  67, Pats  are my enemies, but I root for them when the Jets are done, just to see records...

normally I would have rooted  for the Rams, but the way they got in was bad...real bad...and?  the RAms acted like they deserved it....Two PIs  should have been called, boith were big..boith were right out in the open..if the first one is called, the Saints nevcer got to OT... if that last one was called, there is no OT and the game is over...so?..yeah.. they don;'t seserve to be there.

Don't care, won't be watching, though I hope the Pats lose. Also not a fan of the halftime entertainment, so won't be tuning in for that either, and also don't care who's trying to cleverly sell me something, so won't even tune in for commercials.

This, right here. I haven't watched the Super Bowl in the past two years, despite being a huge football fan (shout out to my fellow Seahawks' fan above), because I REFUSE to watch another Super Bowl with Tom Brady in it. Not for the game, not for the halftime show, not for the commercials. In fact, we're having an 'anti-Super Bowl' party at my house and watching some DVR'd Premier League.

I don't care what anyone says about the man's 'greatness' or whatever - he's a cheater, caught and penalized for, and he's got no business ever setting foot on the field again.

Um, the uh, who's playing again?

As for cheating?  EVERY team has cheated and been caught doing so....

The Saints act like they're the only team that ever got robbed on a bad call, or that there weren't multiple bad calls in that game against the Rams.

Also, guaranteed the Patriots weren't the only team filming rivals' practices. They were just the ones that got caught. If you mean "Deflategate," it's the most ridiculous sour grapes nonsense by the sore loser Colts—who were using the exact same balls that entire game. There was nothing worth penalizing anyone over, let alone making some big deal out of something that didn't affect the outcome of the game for either team. The Colts just didn't play well enough to win that game.

Not a particular fan of either team, really, so it doesn't matter much to me.  And I haven't been all that impressed with the Super Bowl commercials the past few years, so that's not much of a draw for me...

So, odds are good I won't be watching the game, unless a friend invites me to a Super Bowl party, but considering how many years it's been since that happened, I'm not expecting it, and certainly won't be heart-broken if it doesn't.

Who fruitin' cares?  I root for the University of Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles and whomever plays Alabama!

Last time I cared two pouts in perdition about pro ball was when Miami won the Bowl back in '72.  Larry Csonka, Paul Warfield, Jim Kiick, and Bob Griese were where it was at, Cat!

Given that I have no dog in the fight, nor hellhounds, blink dogs, displacer beasts, broken hounds, krenshars, or seskii hounds, I shall make my choice out of aesthetics.

I'll root for the Rams, because their helmets look like ram horns, and that's neat!

So...Hurrah!

BTW, the commercials, IMO, lost...a noisy, scurvy lot with one exception.

So my team; the Patriots won in what will be decided as the worst Super bowl ever played. But the commercials sucked worse than the game.

as I mentio9ned before.. I'm a Jets  fan... I live in 'Steeler  Country'.. But?.. when teh Jets are out of it. I root  for the PAts, because I like  the way the team is run...the Jets owners   are dorks..( to say it nicely)..we haven't had a decent Coach  forever..and  we keep hiring  Dolhfin cast offs...

Hoodie doesn't let ehad cases   stay on his  team..and he expect them to work hard...

and?  at my age, I like to see records...

the people who complained  about 'worst superbowl' must have missed  Doug Williams  fumble not  called,  and that turned the game around... or the Colts  and the Cowboys.. Defense is  ( should be) a big part of the game, and Both defense showed up...

if you go back to the  Chiefs  Rams  game, the booth guys   were, on one hand, cheering  the ';great offenses"... and then came back to  complain about the Defenses  need to 'step up' if they want a title.

Dull game in one way, okay; but the two teams tried their hardest.

Incidentally, a rule even stronger tha "{Never split the party", right up there with "Never dis the GM", "Never insult the team you're going to play."

Things I especially remember from the game in no particular order:

The defensive schemes and how the Patriots sometimes ran plays the Rams' defense was set up to squash.

Edelman getting open...how in the world???

Brady's long pass to Gronkowski; his catch with three defenders close. Gronk's pushing his body was impressive.

The ease of the touchdown run.

The two missed field goals, particularly the Rams'.

The Geoff sacks.

The two interceptions.

After the game, Brady with his daughter.

we have  SB parties every year, we  rotate between my house  and Daughter's house.

when I came home, ESPN  had the  interviews... Hoodie, mwas  humble..he gave praise to both defense...he and Brady  lavished praise on Edlemann..and Edlmann  was tired  and happy, and  humble.

the  dork DB who  SHOULD HAVE cost his team a trip to the SB,..had to shoot his mouth off...any on who saw that  guy play this year in more then  two games, can't figure out how he was still on the roster.

I Coached little Guys.. I was a Player coach in an Adult  league, and at in my 60s  I still plaay pick upo with guys   and my grandsons and even  guys I used to coach...

watching  Hoodie make halftine adjustnebts  is scarey.

and  Yes?.. Brady with his daughter... and  watching Edlemann on the floor of the stadium, in the back round with a Kid

Go9ff  and his coach were lost..next time they might do better,, btu Goff has been exposed..take the run game away, and  hit  him every chance you get.
