Is there an archive cutoff point?

Been running a game going on three years, and was notified this morning (and I confirmed) can't seem to find our posts from before December 2020?

Anyone know if this is a bug, a policy, or if it can be fixed?

I dunno?.. My space  game ( and other two games )  have been around for  10+ years, i go back and check the old  posts  to make  sure  there are 'historically  accurate ' referances  made.

 I have  9 pages in my space game..the players  wanted   Thread had  scores and scores?

We do not remove posts from active games.  What does happen is that the front page contains only the most recently used threads (plus any Notices) and older threads get moved to additional pages.

I just checked your game, and I noticed that posts before December 2020 have been moved to pages 2 and 3.  There is a set of links to these older pages in the footer bar at the bottom of the game menu.

  Thanks for the replies.

  No idea why this appeared to have fixed it, but I navigated to "Try our updated interface" and the old posts appeared lower right corner as always.

  After closing out the page completely, and coming back (old interface) all the posts are there.

  Was alerted by a player, so it is interesting it happened to both of us.

I used to have a few short games here several years ago, and I wanted to track them down if possible. My user profile says there are 32 posts in my name, but I don't know where to look them up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the 'player wanted ' thread, if you click on a game  you run now? it will show your old  games ( and say if they are active or deleted)

 if you you the   search engine  , on the  main page, you can type in your  user name , in the GM  spot it will show all the games for your  name..

 i just tried 'Heritage'..it had no  matches  for a GM by that name.

Go to your user preferences.
Click on "Manage the games you monitor".
Click on "Are you missing any games?".

You'll get a list of any games you're in that aren't on your sticky list.
But if you were removed from the game, they won't come up.

The post count only applies to posts in public forums, not in games.  It also does not guarantee that you will be able to find those posts (unless they are in threads that you started).

In addition, old games may have been removed from the site, depending on when they were last active.
