RIP Ray Liotta
Just heard of this one. Where to begin? So many classic roles. Think for me his last was Shades of Blue on NBC. Such a classic actor. Can't recall a bad role or such with him.

That's a bummer. Memorable film roles included Field of Dreams, Goodfellas, Heartbreakers, and Identity. Plus he appeared on countless TV shows and was always good. Also worth noting- his IMDB page shows he was actively working on five new projects. Sorry to see him go.

I loved him Unlawful Entry. Identity was one my favorites of his. If you've never seen either of those, I think they're worth seeing. While I didn't like the movies, Field of Dreams and Copland overall, I felt Ray Liotta did a great job in both. Goodfellas was excellent. I still love him in Unlawful Entry though.

In reply to V_V (msg # 5):

I recognize Field of Dreams isn't for everyone, but I saw it in the theatre with my dad when I was 18 years old, and it gutted me. 100%.

FTR, at that point in time I hated my dad with a passion. But he coached me in little league, and baseball was about the only thing we had in common. It took every ounce of my power to swallow the giant rock in my throat and will my eyes to dry before the lights came back on.

RIP Ray.
