Hi All:

This is my first post ever on this site. I am hoping to find one or two purely play-by-post Rifts and/or Heroes Unlimited games.

I have quit a bit of experience playing both games and have access to physical copies of quite a few Palladium System books for making characters etc.

I also have some characters written up and ready to go mostly from other games that fell apart for one reason or another, so I can jump into an established game with a character experienced enough to survive (hopefully lol).

Really hoping to hear back from gm's soon.

 always check 'Players  Wanted' thread... it lights up as soon as someone bumps or post thier  ads...GMs  can bump once every 7  days.

 The site is the best...everything all  accessable from the main page, and the Admins keep a tight ship... once you find your way around? you'll feel very much, like home.

  you can use RMail to ask folks stuff  to, but to RTJ to a game, best to do it from the link, in the box, at the  top of the  ad page

I spent time on the players wanted thread, even did a search. Nothing for me at the moment, so I thought I’d make an introduction and mention the kind of game I am hoping to join. If this was wrong or against the rules I apologize. Feel free to delete the post.

 naw, you're good... i've been here  a long time, its hard to find  games that catch my interest, when i do find one, i check it out  if the format or   hard line rules  to " how to post" are too..lets say..strict...I walk away.

 at the bottom of thr Main page is a search engine. its  where it  saw " we have  'X' amountof games  ect".. you click on that search and you can use   the 'only accepting players" filter as well as  genre  and thinks like that... its alot of fun to play around with.

You can see how many posts, when the last post was  made, so you can tell how active it is... give it a shot.

You can also make a post in 'Wanted-GMs' to let GMs know what sort of game interests you.  Welcome. :-)

Hiya there and welcome here RPol, you'll find anything you want here and so many great games from freeform to about any system game you like.  Your choices are vast and varied. Many have left and come back as did I once too. There are many that are willing to help you.

Here's a few reminder tips for you:-

Make sure you turn on your rmail by going to the link at the top that is User preferences, there you will find some settings to play around with including the rmail one as that is how you and most GMs can talk.

On the main menu there are two forums you can find what you want to play in

Wanted: players At the top there is a link that is 'Search Games' and when you click on those words it gives you a more distinct search area for what you are looking for.

Wanted: GMs where you can make a post describing the type of games you are looking for and GMs check there for new players sometimes.

At the bottom of the main menu you will also find search link to find games and other good stuff.
