The Dragonball System stuff is in five links on the left side of the page.  It uses the Bleach Classless D20 system as its base.

I've been on a bit of a Dragonball kick recently and I found this system to be one of the better ones to give players a large amount of options to make their characters to the point that it was difficult for players to make characters with the same abilities even if they were playing the same race.  I'd be up for whatever kind of plotline as long as the writing is good!  I'm also amenable to discussing other systems.
