I am up for a solo game around any of the White Wolf systems. First and foremost I am open to any and all ideas about setting/themes/characters and I would very much prefer to have your thoughts what to run to create a truly collaborative experience.

That being said the primary character I would like to play is a modern Ventrue looking to carve out power within a new city. For example a New York Ventrue of young-to-mid age (ST's preference) having to move to a new city (Chicago/London/STs presence) and dealing with and learning the complicated political web and power structures of the new place while also being highly ambitious and trying to carve out territory for himself.

As he would be Ventrue I'd like to invest heavily in retainers/allies and perhaps even play through scenes as those minions as a way to bolster the party size to more traditional levels.

Ideas for storylines would be the "Meet & Greets" where he has to swallow his pride and kiss the rings of various power wielders, identify weak points in the chain or areas of opportunity where he could seize territory by eliminating weak rivals and then dealing with the ramifications of that.

I don't see him as being particularly interested in the Jyhad (for Masquerade) or the factions (for Requiem). He would definitely use opportunities from the Jyhad or factional turf wars.

He is highly ambitious and fairly amoral being relatively low humanity (3-4) but not a monster nor am I looking for a super graphic/sexual game of mindless torture and debauchery. Instead I'd be looking for a social/political oriented urban story about rising to power and dealing with all the compromises and enemies one has to make along the way.
