I've tried running a Big Eyes Small Mouth game but I'm having quite a lot of trouble figuring out the system. I think I'd like to learn either that or Mutants and Masterminds by playing a superhero in either of those game systems. Would anybody be open to running a short-term, (1-3 months about) superhero game using those? I'd prefer a group game, but might do a solo if you are okay with not doing it live and don't mind a low-posting rate. I'd like to learn so I can run one for some friends outside RPOL and maybe running a big game on RPOL later. Thank you.

BESM and M&M differ wildly between editions; you might want to specify which you are hoping to play. I think third edition is the best in both cases!

I'm not really looking to play or run a short-term game as much as I love both systems, but I'd be willing to help teach if you're interested. I'll probably want to talk on Discord though! Hit me with that rMail if that sounds like something you'd like to pursue.

Thanks for the input. Think I'd like the 3rd edition of BESM, as for Mutants and Masterminds, I don't know that as well but think I'd prefer whichever edition is easiest for a newbie to learn, (in system-based roleplay I've only done a single session of DnD in early 2000s and don't even remember what edition it was). Do you think 3rd edition MnM would be the easiest?

 I'm a little hesitant to learn without playing and doing live sessions on Discord, (some issues I've had before) but I'll consider that. Thank you.
