Request Addition of "Post As" in PMs.
Currently GMs (Co-GMs) can only post as Characters they directly control.  While this is easy-peasy for a GM, just pop into the Character management screen, give themselves control, pop into the PM and post, then return control of (N)PC to previous settings, I can see how this would become an annoyance for the type of GM/Co-Gm that likes to frequently get up to these shenanigans in Private Messages.

And could cause issues if a Player was in the midst of trying to post as their Character when control was temporarily removed.

I can also see how this sort of... thing can quickly become a 'mind-game screw', so I can also understand that making it 'easy' might not be preferred.  I dunno, just something I noticed when testing what a GM has control over this morning and thought this was a thing some GMs might want to be able to do...

That would be handy.

Also worth noting that while a GM /can/ pop into PM threads between players without 'breaking' them (ie, making it a new PM thread with different recipients), they /cannot/ do that if it's a PM thread that already contained a recipient character under their control /other/ than the GM character.

...which is another GM-PM feature that is lacking, if we're making a list of ones that would be nice to have.

I'll second that.  but I think I recall a thread were this was discussed and it was said that would require a more indepth overhaul of the PM creation/posting code?  i'm not sure.

Probably. I don't recall, but that wouldn't surprise me.
