Re: WtA - 2E

I'm interested but there's no info on what you want for a character. Do you want a full background, a sheet or just a concept to build from?

Re: WtA - 2E

In reply to asenath (msg #3):

most of the time what we need is just a basic breakdown to explain why you put your points where. for instance taking 5 dots of klave dueling will never be allowed, but, taking two and explaining it with background is a good idea. I will post a background i did for a character from another site we used.

Re: WtA - 2E

In reply to asenath (msg #3):

this is a sample background from one of my toons.

History:

Growing up Amanda was always consumed by how far she could push a rule before she got in trouble as a child this quickly turned into a desire to see how much she could get away with on the net.

When the men in business suits showed up she thought she was in deep trouble. Thankfully, she had an inkling of what was about to come and quickly scooted out of her apartment and down the road where she watched them on her in house cameras. Somehow they knew she was watching, even though her system she thought was undetectable. As one touched his ear he quickly scrabbled a note on a scratch piece of paper. Holding it up to the camera, she read quickly all it said was look to your right. She had enough time to see the woman with a rifle in her hand before she fell asleep.

Waking up in a steel room the men and woman were watching over her. "Hello, I am Kills-in-Silence." The woman said, "and these two giabronii's are City-Speaks and Reverb. We have been watching you crawl all over our web sites for weeks when we tracked you down we had a feeling you were the one that the fetch was talking about. If you have not already," she continued. "You will have your first change soon, and we will be here to guide you."

Over the next three weeks, she was trained in every aspect of hacking some she already knew of the rest were completely new to her. It was during this time, while trying a very difficult hack that the change over took her. Ripping her keyboard and computer in to pieces she was faced by Kills-in-Silence and Reverb. They talked her down from her first rage and showed her that she could change anytime she wished.

Studying her and finding her auspice to be that of a Galliard they began to train her in the Silver Chronicle hoping that one day she would be the best at the moots. After her training Kills-in-Silence talked her into joining the FBI to use her skills for the betterment of Garou everywhere.

While hacking out a nice living for herself she manages to keep just on the right side of the law, most of the time. Often brash with those she knows and shy with those she does not, she found a place in the forgotten anti-computer terrorist task force. Happy there she soon out paced her superiors and was moved up to her new position in the Paranormal Activities Task Force.

Meeting up with her new partner she has been assigned to Manitou Springs.

Re: WtA - 2E

Looking for players for the following characters:

A Garou Police Officer Kinfolk who was recently imbued.
A Dreamspeaker E.P.A. Agent
A Get of Fenris Ahroun.

We now have a Mummy so I will not take another until I see how that goes.

Possibly looking for a few Wraiths, maybe.

Any other character concept/type still open, including vampires (limiting this to 3 because of the size of the city).

Re: WtA - 2E

Enormous Old World of Darkness game, we outgrew just straight werewolf.

Accepting new players, all genres (no wraith despite my previous post), and are once again accepting Garou.

This has to be the biggest oWoD game on RPOL, 20+ players and around 150 posts a day (multiple ST's and storylines).

The current pack could really use a theurge....

Re: WtA - 2E

Accepting just about everything again, and many of the characters are starting to work together in little subgroups.

1. More Garou are always welcome, the pack is still in need of a Theurge.
2. We have a side game going, where four cubs are about to enter their Rite of Passage.
3. The vampire presence in town is building, we now have two Camarilla in town and have room for one or two more.

Mages are still open although I believe we have four or five.  A Gurahl would be interesting, another Ratkin helpful, and maybe a Bastet.

Still looking for all genres of oWoD characters....

Re: WtA - 2E

Closing in on 14,000 posts.  Still looking for all types of oWoD players...

We may be about to have a power struggle between two packs for control of the territory, Get of Fenris characters could be useful for that...

Other than that, basically accepting all oWoD characters.....
