PLEASE NOTE THIS GAME IS RATED MATURE

Mazes and Minotaurs is a FREE set of gaming rules (available at http://mazesandminotaurs.free.fr/revised.html) set in mythical Greece and involves adventure, battles, and encounters at times with the Greek Gods we know well (Zeus, Hera, Athena, and so on).

Vikings and Valkyries follows the same basic gaming system, however the lore shifts from mythical Greece to Scandinavian and instead of the Greek Gods, the encounters are with the Norse Gods.

I am starting a new Vikings and Valkyries game and am looking for players to balance out the party. Although I am as a GM am experienced in the Mazes and Minotaurs system, the Vikings and Valkyries supplement is new for me and I am looking forward to trying it out!

For new players please note that already we have three veterans from a Mazes and Minotaurs game that I already run.

Prior to sending a RTJ please review the public threads for character creation and the house rules. Please also let me know your preferred character class, and a second choice should your first pick no longer be available. A general character concept will be helpful as well.

As of this post the following classes are reserved and are not available:
1. Prince
2. Sorcerer
3. Elf

However there are plenty more to choose from!

11/01/19 - Opening back up the game for recruitment of new players.

Since the game opened in September, we have gotten through a quick prologue and the current group have just arrived in the city of Fjordhaven in the Kingdom of Havmark, arriving just a few days before the annual summer harvest. The players are only just starting to meet one another so this is a ripe time to create a new character and get started in this Norse inspired game.

At this time I am looking for people to play one of the following classes:

1. Berserker
2. Hunter
3. Skald
4. Thief (can be human or a Dwarf)
5. Sorcerer (we have one already, but I will consider a new one if you play as a Dwarf)
6. Elementalist (we have one already, but I will consider a new one if you play as a Dwarf)
7. Valkyrie

In sending a RTJ please let me know your preferred character class of the ones I have listed above, and a second choice should your first pick no longer be available. A general character concept will be helpful as well. Also, please let me know your familiarity (if any) with the Mazes and Minotaurs game system and a general idea of how often you think you may be checking in / able to post.

Hello! I am looking for additional players for this game now as we've lost a couple recently.

This is a Vikings and Valkyries Game which is a spin on the Mazes and Minotaurs game system. Right now we have an Elf, Thief, Half-Giant, and a Viking in the group, so lots of other potential classes that you can play in this game.

Currently, our party has only just starting exploring a barrow at the request of King and his court mage so this is going to be an opportune time for new people to join in for the party's first dungeon crawl. I am planning on starting new players at Level 2, as our current group is pretty close to leveling up to level 2 already.

As indicated in my prior recruitment posts, in sending a RTJ let me know your preferred class and general character concept, as well as any familiarity you may have with M&M and an idea of how often you may be able to check in and post.

Hello! Looking to add additional players to this game to join our current group in a new adventure.

Still looking for some new players. Right now the party is being asked to help defend a small village from raiding trollmen. Good place for new characters to join in.

We've had some more people join, but can always use more. Currently the heroes have fended off a raiding band of trollmen and are relaxing in a local village tavern.
