Game System / Edition - Rifts Ultimate Edition and Pantheons of the Megaverse by Palladium Books

I'm good with many of the other OCCs and RCCS, esp. if it is a cool concept, just check with me. Given the game's premise, this is especially true of OCC/RCCs from the 'Pantheons' book.

OCCs & RCCS - Get with me on RCC and OCC outside the Ultimate Edition and Pantheon. I'm probably cool with it, but I am not a fan of some of the OCCs and RCCs, esp many of the OCCs found in the New West. I'm looking at you Sheriff's Deputy.

House Rules -

1. I'm going to use the Rifts material in my own way, not always sticking to the known story. Some places may be dramatically different than what is described in the world books, like the New and Spirit West.

2. One MDC point of damage does not equal 100 SDC points of damage. One MDC point of damage equals 1.5 SDC points of damage. SDC based attacks cannot damage MDC.

3. Tolkien and the Coalition have not gone to war and may not for this time-line. Free Quebec is still a part of the Coalition States. The Coalition have not updated their technology to what is found in the pages of the Coalition War Campaign.

4. Literacy is not outlawed in the Coalition. Most of it's citizens are literate to some degree. Certain ideas are outlawed by the Coalition. It's criminal to have materials deemed to have dangerous ideas. The Coalition is still human first and anti-magic, but with comparatively limited resources, the enemy of my enemy...

5. I'm straying from much of the geography and the mythology of the world books, esp in regards to the American West. Some stuff will be the same and other stuff will be totally different. I don't plan to change the American Midwest very much, if at all. There is the Coalition, Northern Gun territory, Kingsdale, El Dorado, Tolkien, Lazlo, the Magic Zone, the Federation of Magic, the Colorado Baronies, the Pecos Empire, New El Paso, and the rumors of vampire kingdoms. The CS State of Lone Star is located southeast of what is mentioned in the book, closer to where San Antonio used to be.

6. Atlantis has risen, but the Atlanteans of this setting are not exactly the same.
