Calling all Battletech Mercenaries!
'Money and Pride.'
It’s a common saying on Galatea. Money is obvious of course, it’s what makes the ‘verse spin after all, and there wouldn’t be a market if there wasn’t demand for the supply. Pride though, well that’s a whole different myth.
Plenty of people like to think of units like the Eridani Light Horse, Screaming Eagles, 12th Star Guards, or the Northwind Highlanders as examples of those who honor the contract, no matter the cost. Pride, a sense of history and greatness that could match up to any House unit.
But the reality is that for every single unit that attempts to live up to that, there’s a dozen more almost-bandit-mercenaries who take up the thousands of contracts available every day. So in the balance, what is more important?
Money… or Pride?
It’s time you figured it out, be you the hard-on-their-luck veteran, or the newbie who is still trying to figure out what that pair of pedals do. What matters more to you? The money… or is it your pride? Or, in the ultimate balancing act of a true mercenary, is it both?

Salutations my fellow gamers!
Having just wrapped up a several-years-long Alternate Universe military-unit Battletech game (and a spin-off), I've decided to relax and take a spin with something simpler that seems to be more in-demand: Mercenaries. To that end, I'm looking for players for an RP-centric, Combat-lite, canon Battletech universe mercenary game using the A Time of War (AToW) system, and in the search for quality and compatibility have already made the decision to bump this ad for a few weeks before closing the recruitment - so please don't read this in a few days and think 'Gosh, they're probably already filled so there's no point in RTJing!' because we won't be. =)
