So, I had this idea, and I'm not up to running anything right now and probably not 3.X/Pathfinder ever, but it's too good to pass up:

Pathfinder 1e (ideally 3.PF), Gestalt, 1st level, high point buy and double ASIs every 4th level.

But there are no Core classes at all-- no archetypes or alternates of core classes-- extremely limited 9 level spellcasters, and at every level, at least one of your classes has to be (GM's approval) some weird nonsense, like stuff from Little Red Goblin's Gonzo line or Samurai Sheepdog, or deep cut Prestige Classes that never get brought up in the charop handbooks.

Make it weird.
