...and told the Original Poster I'd pitch it here to see if there are any takers.
The elevator pitch is that this is a Dungeons & Dragons Revised 3rd Edition game where the only magic in the setting comes from Adepts and Warlocks, with the traditionally partial-caster classes like Paladins and Rangers being the non-spellcasting variants seen in supplemental rule books.
