Adelisa had been only 14 when one of her father's most loyal knights had fallen in love, and she still remembered it like it was yesterday.

Sir Bran and Sir Gareth had quietly finished up yet another dance, sharing a sweet kiss as the two approached Athelisa. "Thank you for coming. It means so much."

In reply to Sir Bran (msg # 2):

Athelisa smiled. "Oh, you're welcome."

"Truly, today is special - not just because I'm marrying my childhood friend." He laughed.

In reply to Sir Bran (msg # 4):

Athelisa nodded at that. "Yes, I can imagine. She glanced towards her siblings,  standing near their mother. "I'm sure father would have come, if his royal duties hadn't prevented him."

In reply to Princess Athelisa (msg # 5):

"Aye, I can under stand that. Royal duties would surely keep a man busy."

In reply to Sir Bran (msg # 6):

Athelisa had never seen two people so happy in her life. Of course, her parents had once had a wonderful relationship, but she and her siblings could see cracks at the seams.
