Dainty Dela was named that at birth.  She was only 2 lbs when she was born and she was born to a halfling family.  Her life was a happy one and she is adventerous, full of mischief and laughter, but that was brought to a halt when Nilfgaard men invaded her village and killing everyone .... everyone but her and she had hidden well.

So after she buried her family and friends by herself she packed up a back and headed out to find a life for her.  She ended up in a Tavern where she was more of an oddity for the patrons, someone to make fun of or others to take her to bed but hey! It paid well and she was alive!
