House Rules
This is a place to create house rules that simply do not work. I've given a few of these some decent thought and there are just certain things I don't want to do in the game. See below the following:
Shield blocks Critical Strike: Any person with a shield has the option to block one critical strike with the shield they are using. Afterwords the shield is damaged and must be repaired or replaced.
Inventory and Weight: Weight and Inventory will not be tracked. Simply put I don't find it fun managing people's inventories. Common sense should prevail. If you are carrying: two swords, two spears, a battle axe and a tower shield. There's a good chance your character is likely bogged down by the number of weapons they are weapons they are carrying. I am not going to micromanage people's inventory same goes with ammo. If you are using arrows, I full expect that after each adventure you spend the coin to restock.
Critical failures of Weapons: When critical failures happen. Expect them to be extra nasty. It won't be a simple as you drop the weapon but that is something that can happen. It might be the weapon breaks, your out of ammo, etc.
I am trying to keep this pretty limited. Don't expect major changes to the base system other than minor tweaks.
