The build is going okay, I got a big hung up on the custom gear creation, but in a good way. It's such a really cool part of the system, probably my favorite aspect so far, and as I go about I keep getting new ideas for tools and gear to use. I should have the sheet up very soon.

I think the image needs to be hosted on a dedicated website. Try it with imgur or something like that.

When doing the image code, make sure there's no space between "sr" and "c=".

I should be able to get the image in, but the google file is privated. Once that is open I will add the image in.

As for the materials, as long as you have the ET or EET to spend on them, you are good to go.

Now it's unlocked. Maybe that was the issue.
And as for materials:

It does not say that one has to spend ET to unlock materials. Do you want to make that a house rule?

Sorry, I thought you had to unlock materials with EET/ET. If that's the case, then crystalline protodermis is ok, and knowledge crystal is good too if Omaukuh has spent enough time in Ko-Metru to interact with them.

Omaukuh, I added the image you linked to the portraits - you should be good to go for setting it as your avatar.

But also I realised that since I have lightstones in my backpack, I could just as well consider those studied, meaning I could make my weapons out of lightstones. That would make it so that anyone within 20 ft of me would have to use Shades (2 installations in the Kanohi) or a Flashlight (0 slots to make it standard light)
