Suffice to say, life has had its ups and downs and some situations seem at times like they don't have any answers. Maybe they do, but not necessarily answers I want to see.

Three weeks after it happened and constant throbbing surpassing the useless medication I'd been given to handle the pain I checked myself back into the hospital, and they finally decided to do an x-ray to see what’s up. The good news is it's not broken the not so good news is it’s pulverized.

And I thought it was just a coincidence that I was being given the dirtiest jobs around while the little darling did some light filing and talk about her new shoes.

That doesn't entitle you to drop a guilt trip on me whenever you want to come up and spend time with me, or if you want to bully me out of playing what I want to at the local convention just because you can't bear to see me doing something without you if we're in the same three-mile radius. I'm really fruiting sick of you doing this. No, I'm not interested in steampunk. No, I'm not interested in live-action mafia, I play plenty of it online. I am going to plunk my rear down for seven straight slots of Pathfinder and to see if I can't reconnect with my old Society group, and if you don't like that, well, too fruitcup bad. Go do your live-action stuff and try not to drool over the women in corsets...
This will likely be the only chance I have in the entire year for me to play Pathfinder. I'm not going to agree to play the same stupid game demos with you just so you can show me off, that you can prove to the rest of your friends that you bagged a "gamer girl" and then hint that I'm planning on dressing up as Ivy from Soul Calibur for Halloween if you get me drunk enough.

And are all of you really incapable of creating some of the story yourselves? Really? If I'm going to come up with every single little detail in the whole game, why the heck do I need players in it? I'd rather just write a darn book! Good lords above, what happened to the imagination in people today? What happened to paying attention and knowing what the heck is going on around you? Telling everyone the same exact thing within a one hour period of time should not have to be explained again!

For some inexplicable reason, management at the club decided they were only going to have him do one show, instead of the normal two (one show a night during the summer makes sense, the crowds are pretty much always smaller then...but during the winter? ESPECIALLY after the holidays, when people don't have fifteen or twenty other places to be? C'mon...)
As a result, when I got there twenty-five minutes before showtime (they normally start seating half an hour before), they were just starting to announce that they'd sold out for the night. Twenty minute drive there, just to turn around and drive back home. Thanks, guys...

Go back a couple weeks later to find that the GM created a game (but forgot to tell me)! Game is still accepting players! Huzzah! Create RTJ, read SRD, get really excited about new game, then nothing. Then nothing. Then why does my main page look different? Oh, because the game was deleted :-/
