RIP Scott Hall

Really been expecting this since he was removed from life support. I recall first seeing Scott back in the AWA and was a fan since. His move to the WWF/WWE and becoming the bad guy Razor Ramon led to some great matches though it also lead to a group known as the Kliq. Behind the scenes they ran the company. And of course his contribution to the founding of the New World Order.

So Scott I am sadden by your passing. Hey yo, One more for the Good Guys.

RIP Scott Hall

Hard work pays off. Dreams come true. Bad times don't last, but bad guys do.

The big difference is that, before, when I couldn’t sleep, I’d replay the tape about the mistakes I’ve made in my life, all the things I did wrong, just tormenting myself.  Now, when I look out at the highway of life, I realize the rear-view mirror is pretty small, and there’s a whole lot of possibility on the other side of the windshield.  So I might as well give myself a break.

Best fall-away slam in the business and I always loved the way he worked his punches.  A tale of triumph and then redemption, and utterly fascinating to me, even if you don't care about wrestling but doubly so if you do.

His battle with his issues later in life, perhaps ironically, is inspiring to me in a humble, down to earth kind of way, a reminder that it's always worth the struggle to be better and treat yourself like a human being no matter what you're facing.

May he rest in peace.

This for certain. His struggles with sobriety and how he finally seemed to have gotten his life back on track is a cause for hope. Requiescat in pace to him, and strength to his family.
