Hey folks? I had noticed  that ladysharlyne had not  posted her Ads, or welcomed  some  new folks..she is always one of the first to welcome  new players to this  site

I reached out to her, as I am not in any of her games. and she is having some RL  issues  related to health.

seeing she  has been here  for a very long time, and is one of the more   active   folks , as far as helping  new  folks enter  the site...maybe  those of you who  have been around, Might send her some thought , in Rmail, or..perhaps, use this thread?

Well hello all!  Life is a struggle as you know with the sudden death of my husband in March then the botched eye surgery on the right eye.  I have now had the left eye done and here I am able to use my phone to write again without pain!!!  So I am giving this last surgery a few days , maybe a week, to adjust.  My eye doctor hasn’t a scooby what happened to my right eye surgery so the left eye surgery was this last Tuesday and seems to be going well.  My eye doctor called me tonight after hours around 8pm to check on me.  I see him next Wed but he wanted to know if this eye was doing as it should and it is!  He is going to run tests but we both feel thatin six weeks time I can get permanent distance glasses and have 20/20 vision!

So right now I can once again use my phone to write and after giving my left eye about a week to settle or maybe even before that I can get back to writing again.  Maybe even get to use my laptop again!

I cannot thank you all enough with your steadfast patience and support.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel and I can see it now!  Thank you to those of you who have Rmailed me your support and everyone’s prayers and well wishes on here!  Like my character Jean Gray I am the Phoenix rising out of the ashes and I have ALL of you to thank for it because I was in a very dark space for awhile…  I love ALL of you!!!!

In reply to ladysharlyne (msg # 10):

I was hoping to hear from you personally, I'm glad you're on the mend. It's my worst fear, on RPoL, to have someone report terrible news, and then never again hear from them. I always give the permission of absentee players and GMs that; death, grieving, imprisonment, hospitalization, infirmary, or illness are eventual and the without external credit to their continued membership on RPoL, I hold those that have disappeared, for years now, as those I grieve for. They may not have known me well, or I knew them, but they took me as a player or joined my game; and I had several I just never heard from since, all with brutal news prior or immediately reported through the grapevine.

So I'm sorry for your loss, I have a friend who suffered a languishing witness to their father. I have OCD, and often fear for the lives of my loves ones; none bonded by blood but dearest as my family.

I'm sorry for your delayed vision correction. I'm you are seeing the light, I'm glad the pin pricks have gradually gained a nimbus in the tunnel. I hope your recovery is more restorative.

I'm glad you have the outlet to post, and that you truly have the sensation of the appreciation for your presence. Even those you may never see, even those you may never know their name given by birth or state, they are people that care, and whom you care for.

I'm so glad to have had the chance to see your games from the outside. I often public or group 0 lurk your games, and they're good for surrogate for playing when I don't have time I wish I could commit, and because of their rating, yet abundance and vibrancy, they leave much of my time spent on those few accessible threads, spent in imagination, and are great to inspire me. I'll be honest, I love imitation and inspiration when they really blur and I can't tell which it is I'm motivated from or to. When I get a great concept, it's often from a seed of someone else's fruition of labor. Music, and introduction to stories; I think those are more influential than movies and T.V. combined for me. So I'm very excited when I see new material from you put out, even if the vastly most of it and juicy moist of it is not in view. For me, that's part of what makes it less overwhelming, and yet so alluring.

Keep spirit and will, Milady. To give through this forum for you: "Perseverance procures power pressing forward the pursuit of the precious places and people populating paradise in peril. Purveyors of such presents, presents peace priced by probable potential for pain.

For one day will have perished all ever cherished. All we have, to lay bare beneath soil, nothing else to bequeath of this toil. Poem petals of this flower, words their roots in turmoil. Given as my condolence for your grief and as token for relief.

A proof? A posit? A prevalence of this nature. When winter ends, broken frost twain, spring, the welling tears that what rose. These flowers upon our land, yet until our land be barren, may we know each day a bloom, even too to know each night a closing waiting dew."

Better I risk that I am writing this a foolish contribution yet with hope it's valued, then pure gold or pyrite the same once cast beneath a stone, never given, for through fear I am a miser.

Take your pick of the rest, what's not taken with not go to waste.
