Basically, this game is about conspiracies that compete against each other for control of the world.  For instance, you could have the Network controlling Hollywood and Hollywood controlling California which then controls the CFL/AIO or whatever.  A post may either move an entity from one spot on the board to a new spot, add a new entity, or change the direction of one arrow.  Arrows (v, ^, > or <) indicate who controls who, with the tip of the arrow indicating the subservient side of the relationship.  An entity may control multiple other entities, but can only be subservient to one entity.  There should never be more than one entity that has no subservience (meaning that no matter what happens there is at most one entity who controls all others).   Only add an arrow when a new entity has been added.  The game continues until you want to start a new one or until the thread closes.

Ok, so does the > mean that the Illuminati controls Rpol? What if the arrow was <? Would that mean that Rpol controls the Illuminati? Also, how long does this go? What is the end goal of the game?

Yes, the way you have it, the illuminati control rpol.  < would be rpol controlling the illuminati, though at present, the illuminati are controlled by the timewasters. So, if rpol wants to control the illuminati, they would have to wrench control away from the timewasters.

Ok, so two different groups cannot control the same thing at the same time. That's logical. So is there a winner to this game, or do we just play for the sake of wasting time until we're all bored to tears?

So then if someone wanted to just add arrows, would that take their entire turn? And how many arrows can they add/change in a turn?

Also, why do we have them controlling horizontally as well as vertically? Isn't that a bit confusing?
