The Unicycle. It isnt a practical device, and it is more trouble than its worth when one could just ride a bicycle. What practical purpose was the unicycle intended for, considering it was not for transportation and DEFINITELY not for fun (that thing is a bitch and a half to ride, i swear).

But yet Russian bears have no trouble with them.

After you get used to riding a unicycle, it's actually much more convenient and easy to use than a bicycle, and leaves both hands free...it's also kind of fun.  Just doesn't go as fast.  I think of it as a precursor to the Segue.  Unicycles should come back into style so people can text as they bike.  :)

lol, yes well ... i think if that happens, there will be alot more unicycle-related deaths per year. Think about it: a bunch of people who are riding one wheeled vehicles as they look down at a small phone screen. Its like 10 times more dangerous than texting while driving.

Nah... Texting while driving is a good way to endanger other people's lives much more than your own. How many people can a rogue unicyclist possibly even hope to injure? They weigh like... 5 pounds, maybe.

No, I'm saying the people riding them would get hurt. Duh people in a car could hurt others way worse than some unicycle rider.

If a unicycle has 1 wheel, and tricycle has 3 wheels, and a double passenger bicycle has two wheels, how many wheels does a double passenger tricycle have?

Unicycling while texting might be safer; the less you think about what you're doing, the easier it becomes to ride a vehicle with just one wheel and no handlebars...

If it only has one wheel, it is easier to control with just your feet and without using your hands.  You twist your body instead of turning with your hands.  It has many advantages over vehicles with more wheels.  How many people do you see juggling on a bicycle or while driving a car?
