Surely it was a time of rest. I didn't imagine that I could sleep for so many hours without any interruption!

Now it's back to not getting enough sleep.

Sleep is an important factor for our health and mental balance.

Even being able to play a game correctly is helped by getting enough sleep!

People sometimes underestimates the benefits of having a good night of rest.

They really should try it.
