It wasn't me, self-immolation doesn't sound like a good strategy.  By the way, do any of you mind if I smoke?

Gunther stands holding his stomach, now that the lights have come back on. He looks at the floor and realizes that one of the pistol shots landed inches away from his face and neck. Gunther complies with Dexter's request, pulling his pistol from his duffel bag. He reveals the pistol, barreless(SP?), to have full power. At that moment a loud growling noise emanates from Gunther's stomach region and he holds his stomach a bit tighter as he grimaces in pain.

"Hmmmm…" CL points at Vicsis, "What about yours?"

Vicsis is still lying on the floor apprently dead

Dexter tries to check every blaster's power levels.

"Ow, ha, ow, ha, ow, ha!  Here's my (most of a) weapon."

Ginger blasts long and hard through the window.  Unfortunately, laser is light, and the window melts and sags; it doesn't shatter.  Also unfortunately, because it is light, the beam passed through the window and hit a passing maintenance robot, which falls over and begins moving its legs quickly like an upside down potato bug.

Smoke is still coming up from underneath the transbot car.  You begin to think it might not be such a bright idea to start inspecting weapons when the car you are in may blow up at any second.

CL takes out his chainsaw and cuts through the window, "Everyone, grab a wounded person and happily exit through the happy hole in the window."

Ginger begins kicking out the melted window.  "Don't burn yourself...again," she says with a look at Peter.  She stands aghast when everyone starts inspecting weapons, and then she sighs.  "Are you going to trust him to inspect your weapons?  He could be the traitor here!  He could booby trap or sabotage your weapon.  I am the team leader and I say when we inspect weapons, and that is definitely not until we get out of here.  I'm trying to save your lives!"

Once the window is kicked out, she helps the other Troubleshooters out first as a good Team Leader should do.

Gunther decides he should be the first out of the vehicular deathdrap, and so he scrabbles to the window clutching his stomach with one hand and discarding a half-eaten robot hand, his gear with the other. His stomach rumbles louder than it did before, eliciting a grunt of pain from the man.

Vicsis's eyes flutter opean and she puts a hand to her forehead very damsel in distress like. "Oh my...I must have fainted from the pain...why if only a handsome man would help me up I could..." She pauses suddenly her and her eyes go wide."Oww this floors getting hot I think this things on fire!!!" She jumps up suddenly and shoves her way out of the transbot.

CL waits until before Ginger leaves to leave, putting his chain saw away.

Still smoldering, Peter-R carefully replaces his weapon and rises to his feet.  "Where did you get the chainsaw?"

"The holster on my back." he replies and waits.

"Thanks for helping me out of this bot, Ginger." Rob says. "AAaaagggghhhh, my arm! This is so much like the vidshow 'Lost In The ERR Sector' where all the clones are wounded and just trying to get out of ERR sector alive."

Tell me about it...we need to find a med bot, like seriously

Ginger watches Gunther before sighing and shaking her head.  "What did you say your registered mutation is?  Garbage disposal?"

Dexter follows the group out of the transbot to relative safety, and tries to address the team leader.  He waits for the team leader to acknowledge him before speaking.  "Team leader, thank you for ensuring the team's safety.  I did not realize we were in danger from anything other than the traitor.  If you deem it safe now, perhaps we could check the various weapon power reserves to try and find out who was shooting in the dark."

(If Ginger never allows Dexter to speak, he will not speak.)

I agree with out illustrious team leader, checking the power lvls on the guns means nothing. What if someone shot thier gun sometime before the mission, I know I myself went to the practice firing range just this week and I'm not sure if I had time to re-charge my gun. Plus in the dark who knows whose laser was fired...a very sneaky traitor *gives a very subtle little side glance at Dexter* might have stolen someones gun and fired it in the dark and sneakily put it back, and now here you are claming to want to see everyones guns...very suspicious. Now I have faith in my team leader, and the computer, and she alredy said seeing the guns was not important, now I think she would agree with me when I say that to question her logic again would be...somewhat...mmmm trecherous...

"The leader did NOT say it was not important, Mr. Vixcis." Dexter points out with a smile.  "She said that the transbot was not safe and that she should be the one to decide when we do the inspection."

"pffft lets not quibble over details, the fact still remains that the power lvls wouldn't prove anything" Vixcis puts an arm around Dexter "I mean were a team here, we should be working together not tearing each other apart"

Whispers behind her hand to Ginger "Jeeze it's almost like he wants us to fail..."

CL pokes his head inbetween Ginger and Vicsis, "Very strange."
