Glorantha is one of those settings that always just appealed to me, even if my outright exposure to it is limited. I love the rich combination of mythic feel and ancient world grit. I'dlove a chance to game in that setting if anyone is interested in running one.

I know there are a few different systems for running games set in Glorantha, which is why I didn't specify one - it's the setting that's my draw. I do own the HeroQuest rules which look flavourful amd fun, though I have never actually played them and I'm a bit familiar with RuneQuest even if I'm no veteran. On the other hand I'd be fairly happy with some other rule system if it seemed a good fit.

Anyway, any interested GMs/players?

Ditto! I've got all the goodies new Guide, Mythras, RQ2 and 4. Would love it if someone GMed this.

Definitely interested, esp RuneQuest. Last time I played I got so immersed in characters with allegiance to actual places and communities who can't always just do whatever they feel like. Also got a kick out of Passions.

I admit I was sort of wanting to try the HeroQuest system but if a RuneQuest GM is more likely I can go with that. So... any GM interested?

I'm more familiar with HeroQuest than the new RuneQuest, but have played enough other Chaosium games that I could probably manage to run something. I'd need to come up with a method to abbreviate RQ's detailed combat so fights don't take forever to resolve, however. I own pretty much everything for HeroQuest and Hero Wars, and also have the recent Classic RuneQuest and Gloranthan Classics reprints, so we won't lack for campaign material. I also have a good chunk of the Second Age series from Mongoose, much of the Basic Role Playing line, and most things Mythras, OpenQuest, and Revolution. So we have options... scads and scads of options. Maybe too many options. Thoughts? Opinions?
